Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 682 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 682's support team immediately. Please enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for added protection.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
All 682 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. The platform is to be used for personal and entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including permanent account closure:
- Fraud and financial misconduct: This includes the use of unauthorised credit cards or payment details, attempts to falsify transactions, or any other form of financial fraud.
- Use of automated software: The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other tools designed to exploit platform systems is strictly prohibited.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 682 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including DuitNow and bank transfers via FPX. 682 does not bear any charges imposed by third-party financial institutions in connection with such transactions.
All successful deposits will be credited to your account within a timeframe that depends on your chosen payment method. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your 682 account. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe determined by your VIP tier and chosen method.
682 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits. This is standard procedure for legal compliance purposes relating to anti-money laundering regulations.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 682 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with activity suspected of being fraudulent or unlawful while an investigation is ongoing.
